I'm a software developer, entrepreneur, free software and open source enthusiastic/evangelist from Uruguay

I've been working with computers and programming languages since I got my first PC in 1986, and developing professional software solutions since 1994.

I have experience building ERPs, development tools, web sites and portal generators, CMSs, betting and financial software solutions.

During all these years I've worked, and work with several programming languages and tools including CA-Clipper, C++, Visual Basic, GeneXus HTML, Javascript, SQL, Java (JEE) and more recently Ruby and Ruby on Rails

I also have system administrator experience with Linux servers (SuSe and Ubuntu), PostgreSQL (and Slony-I), MySQL, DB2, Qmail, Postfix, Amavis, Spamassassin, Courier-Imap, Clam-AV, Samba, LDAP and bash scripting.
